The Future is Meow!

There is a monster that lives in the stairs, I can never see him but I hear him in there. Every time a human disappears up there I hear the monster growl and it strikes me with fear. There is a monster that lives in the stairs, I claw and growl whenever the humans bring me up there. There is a monster that lives in the stairs, though eventually I forget and ignore the creaking of the stairs.
